Be Gorgeous Boutique offer you a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased, we will exchange them or give a full refund for returns received within the 14 days. Please note: all returns postage charges are to be met by the customer, unless returning item due to fault.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned garments that have a gusset.

Please note that corsets can only be returned in perfect condition. All corsets should be tried over a vest to avoid marking.

If you wish to return items please return them to the address below with the following information;

• Would you like a refund or replacement

We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned items to let you know when the refund process is processed or when the new goods have been dispatched.
